On this property in Kirby we first removed the existing tiles from the lower extension roof. The tiles that the previous builder had installed were the incorrect ones for the pitch of the roof. We supplied and fitted a specially designed low pitch tile to the area.
We also installed new breathable felting and timber batons, new dry plastic verges to the gable ends, and new lead detail where the roof meets the main property.
