Lots of works completed on this property on Queen's Drive, Liverpool!
We had to redesign the water flow off of the roof to the back of the building. The drainage off of the flat roof and main roof ran to an internal drainage pipe that ran underground. With the age and condition of the pipe, the water was blocking up an causing a flood inside.
Now with the new design they don't need to worry about water damage any more!
We also supplied and fitted new treated timber to create new framework to change the direction of water flow on the roof. We then fitted OSB Plywood decking to the area, new guttering and downpipes, and finally we installed a GRP Fibreglass Flat Roof System.
